Who are they?
You’ll lead Product Design for a 40-person company, with 4 teammates in Product (1 CPO, 2 Senior PMs, 1 Designer)
Work across all phases of design — from research, to testing ideas with prototypes, to implementation — while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (PMs, Engineers, Business, Data).
Identify and bring clarity to ambiguous problems by using customer insights and data to inform design decisions.
Scale design processes and practices to deliver impactful solutions and help build and scale the design system.
Own large deliverables and be self-directed while sticking to timelines
Impact business goals through effective and efficient development of design solutions.
Align design decisions with the overall product strategy, contribute to the roadmap and advocate for the right approach to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
Inspire, push creativity, challenge established thinking, and identify industry best practices. Be open to collaboration at every step of the journey, including leading workshops with stakeholders across the company.

You have 4+ years experience in a fast-growing environment with multiple empowered teams.
You are comfortable working from inception through execution: user research, brainstorming, sketching, mapping, wireframing, prototyping, designing, pairing, AB Testing
You are experienced with Figma
You have experience creating and maintaining a design system and structuring a variety of design elements
You have experience interacting with developers, and understanding technical language and concepts
