2) Lead the design for the new “Distribution” Squad :
Work across all phases of design work, from research to testing ideas with prototypes and implementation, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (PMs, Engineers, Business, Data).
Identify and bring clarity to ambiguous problems by using customer insights and data to inform design decisions.
Own large deliverables and be self-directed while maintaining timelines, Impact business goals through effective and efficient development of design solutions.
Align design decisions with the overall product strategy, contribute to the roadmap and advocate for the right approach to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

Technical
You have 3/4+ years experience in a fast-growing environment with multiple empowered teams.
You are comfortable working from inception through execution: user research, brainstorming, sketching, mapping, wireframing, prototyping, designing, pairing, AB Testing
You are experienced with Figma
You have experience creating and maintaining a design system and structuring a variety of design elements
You have experience interacting with developers, and understanding technical language and concepts
