All people are eligible for Remote Work, all type of contracts after 15 days seniority at Groover.
Basic Rules 📚 - Remote policy is fully accepted at your primary address until 0 to 4 days per week - You should always guarantee good Wifi connexion and working environment - You should have a working webcam and microphone (on your laptop directly or as added accessories)
Adaptation 🗺️ - For all other remote requests you’ll have to consult and validate with you manager - Also some specific meetings we trust that being at the Office will provide a better experience ! eg: For Founders and Managers all first On boarding meetings for their Newbies AND First 15 days Onboarding for New permanent/Internships Joiners All OKRs Kick-Off Meetings G-Days (usually in September), Chill Days and International Days

Our office is near Bastille / Ledru Rollin in the center of Paris.
It's two big open spaces, separated in two floors. We have also 5 rooms for meetings
The kitchen is fully equipped and you can access to many restaurant in the neighbourhood.
We have a beautiful colorful decoration and we receive regularly our Artists for events at the office 🎸
