We’re looking for passionate, outgoing, and entrepreneurial Community Managers to help us grow locally, build meaningful connections in each market, and shape the independent music landscape in your country!

What You’ll Do

  • Drive organic growth in your local market by building a local community of engaged musicians & professionals on social media (and IRL)

  • Manage and grow local social media presence with authentic, culturally relevant content.

  • Create local content with support from the Marketing team and spot local trends that can drive awareness and adoption.

  • Support with sourcing partnership opportunities with music festivals, events, schools, and industry organizations.

  • A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and doesn’t wait for permission to make things happen.

  • Experience in community building, marketing, partnerships, or events (professional or volunteer).

  • Strong communication and content creation skills (social media, copywriting, event promotion).

  • Fluent in English + native fluency in the local language (Italian).

  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with our international team.

  • Available 1 day/week
