Context

Greenly intends to diversify its offering with the aim of supporting all its customers on all environmental and social issues they face, in anticipation of the corporate reporting soon to be required by European regulations (CSRD) 🌱

Our Research & Methodology team plays an important role in structuring new offers, providing the method and knowledge needed to produce relevant, rigorous and accurate analyses for our clients 💼

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work closely with experienced consultants, R&D experts, and product managers while exploring and contributing to various sustainability and ESG methodologies and analysis principles 📈 As an intern, you will play a critical role in enhancing our product and supporting our consultants in delivering actionable insights to our clients 🚀

Your main tasks and responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our consultants, R&D experts, and product managers to understand the core aspects of sustainability and ESG analysis 🤝

  • Research and explore emerging methodology frameworks related to sustainability, including topics such as biodiversity, pollution, water, resources, social issues, and governance 🌼🌍💧

  • Synthesize complex sustainability data and knowledge into actionable insights that can be readily utilized by our consultants 💪

  • Develop tools and modules that aid consultants in their analysis and reporting tasks ⚒️

  • Build our knowledge base with the latest scientific, regulatory, etc. findings. And share this knowledge to enlighten all teams ✨

  • Work on improving our web platform by integrating the tools and methodologies you develop 💻


Preferred experience

You are the candidate we are looking for:

  • Master degree in sustainability and/or environmental sciences

  • Young graduate or 1–2 years of experience

  • Strong interest in environmental-related issues 🌍

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience 💡

  • Ability to work autonomously with a good team spirit

  • Fast learner, curious, humble and wanting to continuously improve 🚀

  • Knowledge of environmental analysis, GHG inventory or life cycle analysis methodologies is a plus

  • Excel, Python, R, SQL or other database experience are appreciated 🌟

  • English fluency. French is a plus, but not required 🌐
