The position

Job description

As Greenly grows to become the #1 carbon management platform in the world, we need to structure our growth more than ever and efficiently track our KPIs to make informed strategic decisions 🌱

The company General Management is for now organized around the CEO and Chief of Staff, who oversee the Heads of each team and each country. We need support in tracking the various tasks that this involves, measure each team’s KPIs and operationally execute the strategy. 🛠️

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Tracking and analysing KPIs and use data-driven insights to inform the company’s strategic decisions 📊

  • Monitoring the progress of various teams (Sales, Account Managers, Delivery, Partnerships) and projects 📈

  • Providing support in drafting presentations for strategic clients, partners, and investors 💡

  • Project management for key initiatives 🤝


Preferred experience

You are the candidate we are looking for: ✨

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomous and ready to take initiative
  • Student in business / finance / entrepreneurship / engineering
  • Extremely well organized and capable of jungling different topics
  • Curious about how to run an organisation in all aspects (strategy, sales, international development, legal, HR, finance…)
  • Reactive and a fast learner
  • Fluent in English (French is a big plus)
