Job description

As Greenly continues its ascent to becoming the premier carbon management platform globally, we’re in search of a dynamic Partnership Manager to spearhead the activation and engagement of a portfolio of 50+ partners, driving sales, achieving ambitious objectives, and amplifying our overall impact.

What You’ll Be Up To 🤝

  • Crafting and executing a global win-win strategy for your portfolio that drives sales and adds value to all parties involved, establishing Greenly as a top strategic partner.

  • Setting regular quarterly objectives with your partners, providing them with the necessary tools and guidance for success, and holding them accountable for achieving these goals.

  • Developing compelling proposals for partners that pique interest and drive tangible results.

  • Cultivating strong and trusting relationships with executives and decision-makers within partner organizations.

  • Providing ongoing education to partners regarding our product offering and roadmap through regular training sessions and updates.

  • Serving as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.

  • Upholding our commitment to delivering a 6-star partner experience.

  • Managing projects aimed at structuring, building, and enhancing the partnership department.


Preferred experience

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Sales/Partnership role

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in previous roles.

  • Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to craft win-win agreements that benefit all parties involved.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess partnership opportunities, identify key metrics for success, and track progress towards objectives.

  • Superb rigor and organizational skills to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously, ensuring thorough attention to detail and proactive communication.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities, take initiative, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate the value proposition of Greenly to potential partners.

  • Resilience and perseverance to navigate complex negotiations and overcome objections to close deals.

  • Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared objectives.

  • High level of emotional intelligence to understand partner needs, build rapport, and foster long-term relationships.

  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, rapidly evolving industry and organization.

  • Passion for sustainability and driving positive environmental impact through strategic partnerships.
