As part of the Growth team, you will work directly with our SEO Manager to contribute to a current digital strategy and the health of our website.

Project Manager

• Identify and prioritise growth opportunities (keyword research, website structures, content needs assessment…) to establish a roadmap and action plans (objectives, resources, execution)

• Managing the editorial planning to ensure publication deadlines are met (3 in house writers will help you generate quality content)

• Steering the various projects within the division (from decision making to delivery)

Technical optimisation

• On-site optimisation: you will ensure the implementation of SEO best practices on our platforms (internal links, tags, crawl optimisation, semantics, etc.)

• Analysis of the site’s health via tools such as Ahref to increase the site’s health score or ScreamingFrog to bring up any errors on our website.

Netlinking

• Implementation of a strategy of backlinks opportunities with partner sites to improve the referencing of our positions. (Look for free and paid opportunities)

• Improve our interactions with other sites (social media, press…) to improve our authority (linkbuilding)

Data analyst

• Improve datas to follow on Metabase dashboard

• Daily/ Weekly/monthly performance analysis

The perfect profile

• You already have an affinity with SEO, netlinking and keyword research (Ahrefs or SemRush)

• You have a 4-year degree (IEP, business school, digital marketing school)

• State of mind: more than your academic background, it is your personality that interests us!

• You are interested in the startup ecosystem

• You read various blogs on a daily basis/ you like to keep yourself informed

• You speak French & an operational English
