About the Team Hiring

Graitec works in a matrix organization. You will be part of the Advance Workshop Solution line which is an international team with members in the UK, France, Germany, Spain, US, Canada, APAC and Latin America. The hero product sold by this group is called Advance Workshop which is a Management Information System (MIS), including ERP, MRP and MES features dedicated to Rebar and Steel fabricators.

 

It fully manages the entire business processes for small, medium and big companies, with industry specific features such as Detailing, Jobsite management, Raw material traceability, Production optimization and Logistics.

Overview

Your role will be to sell global solutions, including software, professional services and hardware in France and Europe. You will report directly to the AW Solution Sales Director. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Achieve your sales target
  • Manage allocated accounts within France and Europe
  • Develop and implement a strategy for approaching prospects (with or without the support of local Account Managers)
  • Build Account management plan to ensure customer satisfaction and growth
  • Identify customer needs, and propose a solution with the help of our industry experts
  • Negotiate the offer and close the deal
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product team

 Key Success Indicators:

 

  • Meet and exceed defined targets (Quarterly and Annual)
  • Accurate and consistent pipeline management
  • Ensure accurate data is entered into our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system
Responsibilities
  • Experience selling complex software, SaaS, and services solutions to B2B customers
  • Experience in the Construction Industry preferably rebar, precast or steel industry.
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, and possess a strong ability to educate, influence, and persuade others
  • Demonstrate skills to manage big accounts and corporate groups

Nice to have:

 

  • Experience using CRM systems including MS Dynamics
  • Knowledge in production software solutions
  • Sold workflow-based systems (ERP, MRP, EDMS, CRM, CDE)
Qualifications
  • Driving for results and positive energy
  • Ability to learn new environments and be passionate about real customer success
  • Capacity to work in an international environment
  • Adaptability, autonomy, clarity in communication, collaborating effectively
  • Native French and Fluent English Speaking is required
