You will work for our brand iGraal, the leading French and top-3 European cashback company. Our tech solutions include a web application, a browser extension that alerts customers with discounts from customers' favourite websites and a mobile app to enjoy cashback services instantly.

We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) to join our Product Team in our office in Paris. Our Product and Technology team is autonomous and co-functional, operating in an agile environment with a customer focus. Our engineers, product managers, designers, and analysts target outcomes rather than outputs, using OKRs to deliver our vision. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

• Work in team with another Product Manager including creating a whole new app for in-store cashback
• Create and deliver the most user-friendly payment & banking features in conjunction with cashback capabilities
• Work with our partners on payment and cashback capabilities related to the card and mobile payment ecosystem
• Act as a user advocate: contribute to user research and get a deep understanding of how users interact with the product
• Plan evolution of the product: prioritize feature development for the product according to the roadmap, communicate with stakeholders and set up objectives for the new implemented features 
• Manage the product backlog: Elaborate, prioritise, review user stories and ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Collaborate with the tech team: Ensure close collaboration with the developers, animate sprint plannings, daily, and retros 

We are a match if you have…

• Demonstrated successes (failures also!) for 3+ years experience in a product role (internship and apprenticeship included).
• A strong “Product” mindset with a lean approach to user research and feature development 
• Strong team spirit, open to work with interconnected teams
• High motivation and self-driven approach to create and communicate vision
• Strong analytical skills, being able to monitor KPIs 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems
• Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic organisation matrix
• Fluency in both French and English
• Good understanding of the upcoming Fintech ecosystem is a must (DSP2, payments…)
• Good skills in Foosball (Babyfoot), Super Smash bros. Ultimate or Mario Kart 8 is a plus :)
