You will work for our Loyalty tribe, which includes portals: iGraal and Shoop, European leaders in cashback and rewards. These platforms alert customers with the best deals from customers' favourite websites and mobile apps to enjoy cashback and money-saving services instantly. Our brands offer customers cash rewards within a network of more than 4,000 online merchants and top-tier brands. As a result, since 2010, we have redistributed over €100 million in cashback.

We are currently looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our KAM Team in Paris. You will work for our brand Shoop, the operator of Germany's No.1 cashback platform,, and iGraal, a top-3 European cashback membership program providing cashback to millions of users in France, Germany, and Spain. Amongst many exciting challenges, you will:

  • Being responsible for the KPI of several verticals and Key partners
  • Manage and build relationships within a portfolio of top brands in the German market for Shoop and iGraal DE
  • Close deals and negotiate top offers with existing partners
  • Build and manage a sub-team of account managers
  • Set up, follow up and monitor all campaigns

We are a match if you have...

  • Work experience in account management, sales, operations management, or consulting, preferably in e-commerce sales or the Affiliate-Industry (Agency, Network, Publisher) is a plus but not necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to solve unforeseen problems logically and strategically
  • Good partner relationship management skills
  • Intercultural awareness and the ability to work in a dynamic matrix organization
  • Ability to collaborate well with remote teams and thrive in a dynamic matrix organization
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment; adapt quickly to change; and have a passion for learning
  • Able to compile, structure and synthesize information to come to valuable conclusions and define concrete tactics to turn a problem into a solution or to report to the support team so they can quickly understand the need and support in finding solutions.
  • Native-level German language skill, Fluency in written and spoken English.
