The position

Job description

Working in the Sales department of our Paris office, you will report to our CEO.

Your objective is to help us expand GCI in France and internationally.

You will develop a portfolio of new B2B customers, as well as key partnerships, for the French & European market & beyond. You will be responsible for B2B prospection and negotiations with strategic contacts (C-levels, Heads of Department, CEOs, etc.).

You will also be in charge of our go-to-market strategy, Marketing website, & Sales presentations. You will be progressively building your own international team to support you.

We’re looking for someone with a strong ability to deliver results, who likes to take the initiative and has a pronounced taste for entrepreneurship.

The prospects for development within the company are very good. GCI will be doubling its workforce over the next 6 months, with very ambitious objectives in terms of business and impact. Your missions

  • Sell the GCI solution and its competitive advantages to your B2B prospects.

  • Qualify needs, define a solution adapted to each project and manage the negotiation phases, from quotation to closing.

  • Demonstrate our platform, assess the customer environment and the potential of the opportunity, adapt the pitch and remove any blocking points.

  • Approach and convince a wide variety of C-Level contacts: CSR Director, Purchasing Director, CFO, CEOs, etc.

  • Implement multi-channel prospecting strategies with the marketing team, then handle incoming leads.

  • Optimize the visibility of our “carbon” services with our prescribing partners, with the aim of maximizing the number of leads generated, then the number of contracts.

  • Manage and maintain accurate reporting on your sales actions via our Hubspot CRM.

  • Participate in the development of sales strategy in conjunction with your manager.

Skills required

  • Perfect fluency in French and English

  • You already have successful sales experience.

  • A competitive personality and a strong ability to deliver results.

Recruitment process

2 interviews

  • 1st half-hour discussion with our Sales Director

  • 2nd interview with a practical sales case, followed by a 1-hour interview with our General Manager or founder

  • 40K€ + 25K€ annual objectives, de-capped

  • 50% of transportation costs

  • Telecommuting accepted for 2 days / week

  • Premises in the 8th arrondissement, 100m from Parc Monceau, with large terrace
