As VP Product, your role is to :

• Define and implement the overall Product roadmap with the CEO and CTO
• Embodie and represent Product Vision towards Gleamer’s key stakeholders
• Design a best in class Product Organization at the crossroads of MedTech and SaaS industries
• Set up the whole product team & manage the Head of Design
• Responsible for the Product Culture across the organization

• 8y+ experience in Product Management for highly technical products
• Significant experience in a similar position (VP/CPO Product) in a rapid growth environnement
• Demonstrate ability to implement Product Processes and Culture
• Management experience with technical profiles
• Excellent tech culture
