The Sales team at Gladia is responsible for targeting and closing new business opportunities with strategic customers and prospects. In this role, you’ll be focused on uncovering the pain points organizations face as they operate Speech AI Models at scale as well as delivering the appropriate Gladia solution. This role is NY based.

Role

  • Identify and qualify potential customers

  • Reach potential customers through cold phone calls and cold emailing

  • Present, promote and sell products/services with strong arguments to existing and potential customers.

  • Accelerate resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.

  • Perform cost-benefit analysis and needs analysis of existing and potential customers

  • Establish, develop and maintain business and customer relationships

  • Achieve agreed sales targets and results on time

  • CRM management: implementation of a prospecting strategy (phoning, mailing, e-mailing campaigns, reminder…)

Profile

  • 1 to 3 years of experience as SDR

  • Strong comprehension of the customer relationship management

  • Proficiency with CRM tools

  • Agile, with excellent interpersonal skills, tenacious, organized, bold

  • Good project manager with excellent verbal and written communication skills
