About your team and your mission

    The Sales Operations team’s mission is to help both of our VP Sales in EMEA and in the US improve their teams’ efficiency in generating & closing deals through the management of prospect accounts, deals and selling best practices.

    You’ll be based in France with our RevOps function (currently 1 person) supporting both EMEA and US teams, and will focus on helping all customer facing teams (2 VP Sales, Channel Sales, Account Management, Account Executive, Customer Success and BDR teams).

    Your areas of responsibility will be:

    Sales forecasting & pipeline

    • Own the sales forecasting process, consolidating individual sales reps’ projections and challenging assumptions where needed.
    • Ensure pipeline hygiene by preparing detailed deal reviews and highlighting risks or opportunities to Sales management.
    • Monitor and analyze gaps between forecasted and actual results, recommending corrective actions as needed.

    CRM administration

    • Identify inefficiencies in CRM processes (HubSpot) and implement solutions to improve usability and reporting accuracy.
    • Automate repetitive, low-value tasks to enable the Sales team to focus on high-value activities, leveraging low-code tools as necessary.
    • Ensure data integrity in the CRM, maintaining consistent, up-to-date records of territories, accounts, and deals.

    New hires ramp-up

    • Support the onboarding process for new Sales Representatives, ensuring they are trained on processes, CRM tools, territory assignments, and key prospect accounts.
    • Act as the go-to resource for customer facing teams for training on sales stack tools and processes.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Collaborate with teams in and out the sales organisation to ensure alignment in sales processes, reporting, and analytics.
    • Work closely with Marketing teams to strengthen collaboration with sellers, aligning lead generation efforts and nurturing campaigns to Sales goals.
    • Assist in planning and tracking progress on strategic goals to ensure timely execution and alignment with company objectives.

      Here's what we consider essential for success in this role:

      • English fluency.
      • Significant experience (3-5 years) in sales operations or revenue operations, in consulting or startups environment.
      • Previous experience acting as deployment and admin of sales tools (any) and CRM (hubspot preferred)
      • Proven ability to conduct data-driven analyses (e.g., performance vs. plan, quota attainment, pipeline health) along with a strong underlying business sense and understanding.
      • Proven Excel proficiency, including the ability to build performance tracking dashboards, business plans, and automation.
      • Other technical Skills:
        • Power user of automation and low/no-code tool stack (eg., N8N, Zapier)
        • High interest in AI technology and solving business use cases with it
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
      • Adaptability & Autonomy: Comfortable delivering results in a fast-paced environment, focusing on maximizing impact. Strong taste for being hands-on and providing operational support.

        The following skills would strengthen your application but aren't required:

        • Business proficiency in French,
        • Exposure to SaaS sales or tech companies.
        • Knowledge of data manipulation languages tools (e.g., Python, SQL, BigQuery) and/or visualisation tools (e.g., Metabase,Tableau).
