GitGuardian is a global post-Series B cybersecurity scale-up, with team members in France, Europe and in the USA.
Among our early investors who saw our market value proposition, are the co-founder of GitHub, Scott Chacon, along with Solomon Hykes, Docker's co-founder. American and European top-tier VC firms have also invested in GitGuardian.
GitGuardian leads the way in Non-Human Identity security, offering end-to-end solutions from secrets detection in code, productivity tools and environments to strong remediation, observability and proactive prevention of leaks. Our solutions are already used by more than 600K developers worldwide!
You'll join our 4-person Security & IT team, working closely with Office Management and collaborating across all departments. As a cybersecurity scale-up handling sensitive secrets for Fortune 500 companies, our IT operations are a trust multiplier—every access control, device policy, and automation we build reinforces the security posture we promise our customers. With GitGuardian growth expected in the next 18 months, your work will directly enable that scale while maintaining our SOC 2 certification and zero-trust principles. You're not just "IT support"—you're building the secure, frictionless foundation that lets engineers ship faster, sales teams work globally, and the company expand without operational chaos.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Proactive improvements and automation (60% of your time)
Automate onboarding/offboarding workflows using N8N, Okta, Google Workspace, and custom scripts
Improve our hardware inventory system and asset tracking processes

Optimize device management policies across Mac and Linux fleets using Kandji MDM
