At Getaround, we are committed to providing employees with the resources needed to ensure they’re doing a good job. Thanks to training, the company can continue building a team of the best professionals in their field, and the employees can grow professionally while having the satisfaction of maximising their impact in their role.

To that end, we make sure employees gain exposure to new and more complex topics so they can grow in their area and develop new know-how, we provide access to Udemy (an online - a very extensive) learning platform) and to selected tech conferences. In addition, we also wish to ensure that employees have access to specific individual training when needed ,(whether internally or with external specialized organisations).
