What you will do 🤝
As a Senior Account Manager at GetAccept, you’ll be a key part of reshaping how B2B sales are done - helping businesses across Europe close deals more efficiently and meaningfully. In this role, you’ll build strong, long-term customer relationships and use a consultative approach to identify needs and create real value. You’ll have clear goals, supportive colleagues, and the freedom to take ownership of your work. You will, for example:
- Build strong, long-term relationships and help customers get real value from our platform. Take the lead in your customer portfolio – supported by a team that values collaboration, structure and shared success.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive up- and cross-sell within your portfolio.
- Educate and teach your customers about how to best utilize all features and introduce them to new product releases in a sales-oriented way. Collaborate with Customer Success on onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Manage renewals and work proactively to prevent churn.
- Use frameworks like MEDDPICC to qualify deals and understand customer needs.
You will be a member of our specialized European Account Management team, collaborating closely with other Account Managers who focus on various markets in Europe. Your manager will be Erik Persson, our Head of Sales - Account Management. The position is based in either Malmö, Copenhagen, or Stockholm. And we have offices in both Malmö and Stockholm.

Is it you we are looking for?🥇

- +3 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or technology-focused industries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, for pipeline management and forecasting.
- You’re motivated and curious about customers’ ecosystems. Passionate about sales and building strong relationships, you see consultative selling as a way to truly help your clients succeed.
- You are fluent in English, writing and speaking.
Preferred
- Prior success in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Familiarity with the digital sales tech stack (e.g., sales engagement platforms, proposal tools, video messaging).
- Experience in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or MEDDICC.
