As People Partner you will play a key role in fostering an engaging work environment! You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with the company's goals and values. The ideal candidate is passionate about building strong relationships, driving organizational effectiveness and a culture of continuous improvement!

Overall, your days will consist of a variety of below areas! ✅ Employee Engagement and Performance Management. Develop and execute initiatives together with the P&C team and our leaders to enhance employee engagement. You will serve as a trusted advisor to all GetAccepters, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters such as team development, performance management and conflict resolution. You will provide our managers with tools and support to effectively evaluate employee performance, set goals, and identify growth opportunities.
✅ Talent Acquisition. Collaborate with our star Mattias, Talent Partner, and our leaders to identify current and future recruitment needs and continuously work on developing our employer brand. You will conduct interviews, search and assess candidates and ensure world class recruitment and onboarding experiences.
✅ Support the GetAccept leaders! We believe that our leaders are key to scaling our business in the best and most engaging way - and our main success is when we enable them in the best way possible - to enable their teams! Win win!
✅ Compliance & HR admin. Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring company policies and practices are compliant. This includes reviewing our policies and processes continuously.
✅ Learning and Development. Collaborate with the team to design learning opportunities that enhance employee skills and knowledge, foster career growth, and promote a culture of continuous learning. Facilitate forums and trainings with leaders and employees to drive a continuous learning culture. Some of our initiatives have been GetMentored mentor program, brown bag lunches as well as our internal leader learning journey!
✅ People Analytics. We need to keep track of our people analytics to make the best possible decision based on our data. This means updating our HR tech stack and utilize data to track people metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
