You will be part of our New Business team (European market); a team with an eNPS (employee engagement score) of +100/+100 in our latest measurement! 

You’ll get to collaborate with inspiring, competent and fun colleagues and shape the narrative of a company on the journey of changing the game in B2B sales. With your strategic thinking, innovative approach, and passion for humanizing the sales process — you’ll be at the forefront and play a vital part in our continued success. 

What you will do 🤝

This is the role for you who thrive by creating and converting new sales opportunities!

You will be focusing on Account-based sales, which means that you will identify opportunities with laser-targeted accounts and work in a strategic, data-driven and personalized approach to get a higher close rate. In other words, a more strategic way of working with sales!

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle processes, handling self-generated deals, as well as converting marketing qualified leads and booked leads from our SDRs.
  • Continuously share insights and best practices with your colleagues.
  • Assume a influential role within the new business sales organization as we ascend into the up-market, contributing to our strategic growth and success.
  • Selling to early adopters and those adopting a digital sales room for the first time.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve clear goals (we use the OKR framework), fostering a culture of shared success and celebration.

Who are you? 🤗

  • +3 years of proven success in new business sales, preferably within SaaS start-up/scale-up. 
  • Motivated self-starter with a flair for sales who thrives in a self-sourcing sales role. 
  • You have an eagerness and drive to build something extraordinary! As we pioneer a new market category and strive for innovation within a commodity market, we’re looking for someone who’s enthusiastic about tackling challenges and driving transformative growth at the same time.
  • It's a plus if you have experience working with the MEDDPICC framework.
  • Business-level English is a requirement, any other language is a plus!
