As Operational & Digital Marketer, you are an enthusiastic, hands-on and data-driven member of the Communication & Marketing team. You will implement B2C and B2B digital marketing strategies in a fast-paced and innovative work environment.
Based in Marseille, you will work closely with the Product and Tech team (also based in Marseille) as well as with the 74 other employees located worldwide.

Develop, run and optimize digital marketing campaigns using Lemlist, Customer.io and PipeDrive (for B2C and B2B prospects),
Set-up process automatisation to improve conversion and acquisition using Customer.io,
Work closely with the Product Marketing team as well as with the Data and Business Ops teams to implement targeted digital campaigns,
Improve our CRM usage, closely with the Business Ops team (good knowledge of Salesforce with the ability to prove trailhead results),
Produce campaign reports and collect and maintain quantitative and qualitative marketing data in our CRM with the help of Sales Ops team,
Provide hands-on support to internal teams on marketing standard deliverables, such as relationship managers individual campaigns or global acquisition campaigns.

Experience with digital marketing campaigns and analytics: knowledge in Customer.io, Lemlist and Salesforce
Digital marketing aptitude for metrics, analytics and digital tools
Experience with Content Management platforms
Good knowledge of SEO/SEM
Possess good technical competency of programs like Notion and Figma
Ability to work independently as well as be part of a small team
Good written and oral communication skills in French and in English
Evolving in an international environment, while based in Marseille
