Your mission:

The B2B Business Developer at F2M plays a critical role in maximizing sales of our B2B products, including Connect Fleet, Rent B2B, and COD B2B, which are pivotal to our revenue and gross margin. Your primary focus will be on driving business development activities and fostering strong partnerships within the B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue business opportunities with major key accounts, focusing on driving sales growth and revenue generation.
  • Conduct effective sales pitches, handle objections, and customize offers to meet the unique needs of potential clients.
  • Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate lead generation activities, track performance metrics, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Pipedrive, Odoo, Salesforce) to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
  • Contribute to the harmonization of marketing activities within the region, including newsletters, mailing campaigns, and industry events.
  • Actively participate in key external industry events and internal team meetings to enhance networking opportunities and team cohesion.
  • Monitor and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS) to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Expected skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales or business development.
  • Demonstrated tenacity, motivation, and ability to exceed sales goals.
  • Strong sales talent, including persuasiveness, negotiation skills, and adaptability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Self-confidence, determination, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in English, with proficiency in a second language considered an advantage.
  • Knowledge or attraction to the automotive industry, with previous successful experience being advantageous.
