Every day, it connects 50 million passengers with 930,000 partner drivers.

The application offers a tailor-made, reliable and safe mobility experience to its users for their business and personal travels thanks to its various features and services available (choice of vehicle range, loyalty program, choice of favorite driver…).

In France, FREENOW offers a PHV, scooter and electric scooter service in Paris, Lyon and Nice. The application has 3 million users, 30,000 partner drivers and 3,500 corporate clients.

Job description

We are looking for a product analyst to join our growing B2B Analytics team at FREE NOW. You will work closely with the B2B product squad and have the great chance to expand your expertise into the other B2B domains (sales and marketing).

Location: You can join us either in one of our offices in Hamburg, Berlin, Barcelona, Lisbon, London or Paris.

Your responsibilities:

  • Model and evaluate B2B user behaviour to identify the potential value of planned projects and track if it remains in line with the Business planning
  • Engage strongly with diverse stakeholders in the B2B community to develop a deep understanding of their challenges & opportunities and gather requirements for analysis tasks
  • Supporting the data driven product development through analysis of transactional, in-app, and external data
  • Develop and evaluate A/B test experiments or other analyses to measure and report the performance of released features
  • Playing an important role in generating new product feature ideas by providing expertise and support to stakeholders
  • Challenging your stakeholders by using your data insights to generate new business opportunities
  • Managing and prioritising your projects to respond to the stakeholders’ needs in time
  • Work closely with product managers, product devs and data engineers to develop data tracking that is aligned with the business logic
  • Transforming data into easily digestible dashboards that will serve as a feature monitoring tool for diverse stakeholders
  • Communicate the results and recommendations with the right level of detail to different audiences including senior management and prioritisation committees

Your profile:

You are a detail-oriented and self-motivated problem solver, who thrives in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment, combining technical, product and business.

Further key aspects of your profile are:

  • At least 2 years of working experience as a Data Analyst (product analytics experience is a plus)
  • Excellent data interpretation skills to enable stakeholders to make data driven decisions
  • Strong analytical skills, lateral thinking and experience in solving highly challenging problems
  • Very good knowledge of SQL and databases and good knowledge of statistical programming tools (e.g. R, python)
  • Experience in working with Data Visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview)
  • Experience with UI tracking tools such as Mixpanel
  • Being familiar with agile workflow (e.g. Jira, Asana)
  • Willing to work proactively in a cross functional team structure
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Engineering or other fields with mathematical-statistical background is a plus
  • Experience in working with predictive models is a plus
  • Fluent in business English
