A successful and well-executed Supply Chain model is central to the development of Franklin through both online and offline distribution channels. As the company keeps growing, we are looking for a talented Operations Manager.

• Daily operation management: You will lead and coordinate the value chain from our suppliers to our warehouse and from our warehouse to final customers (BtoB or Btoc). It includes checking stock levels and placing orders if needed, planning and organizing shipping from suppliers to our warehouse, guaranteeing efficient delivery to our customers, etc … You will be in contact with key external partners (our different suppliers, our account manager in our logistics warehouse, transportation companies, customers, etc.)

• Project management: As we are growing fast, we are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit ready to manage the launch of new distribution channels and new products, implement new logistics processes, and always look for improving our operations model. You will be part of all strategic decisions and shape their operations feasibility.

• Performance monitoring: You will closely monitor KPIs related to customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency, storage costs, and inventory forecasts … You will collect and analyze data to adjust our logistics flows, improve the delivery process, and improve service quality with data-driven decisions.

• Experience: Engineer or Business school formation, you have a first experience in either Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or anything related to operations. • Language: Fluent in English & French. • Autonomous, you are fully autonomous and can work under minimal supervision. • Very organized and good communicator • Entrepreneurial spirit • Analytics mindset and problem solver
