Your mission:

As a Senior Customer Success Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with office and hospitality clients across the UK. Your primary focus will be to understand their office canteen needs, ensure smooth implementation of our smart fridge solutions, and drive customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires a strong blend of customer success, relationship-building skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.

Your responsibilities:

    1. Launch (Implementation and Onboarding):
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and technical support, to ensure a seamless onboarding and implementation process for clients.
    - Set up and coordinate a reliable launch schedule, from technical visits to installation and launch.
    - Ensure clients thoroughly understand how our smart fridge solutions work, how they can best use them, and manage their expectations.
    - Execute a successful launch campaign that maximizes awareness and drives initial uptake from our clients’ employees on site (communication, promotions, animations).

    2. Engage (Client Engagement and Relationship Management):
    Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any questions, concerns, or issues in a timely manner, escalating within cross-functional teams if needed until effective resolution.
    - Proactively engage with clients on a regular basis to understand how the solution is working for them, how we can improve it, and anticipate any concerns.
    - Track customer success metrics (consumption, food ratings) and provide regular reports on customer health and engagement both internally and externally.
    - Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance, sharing best practices, and demonstrating the value of our office canteen solutions.

    3. Expand (Account Growth and Retention):
    Identify opportunities to expand product usage and upsell additional services or features to drive customer value and revenue growth.
    - Gather client feedback, insights, and requirements, and effectively communicate them to internal teams for product enhancements and improvements.
    - Manage contract renewals/extensions in a timely manner to maximize retention.


Your profile:

You are the right person for us if you recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in a customer success or account management role, preferably within the B2B food or catering sector.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a track record of ensuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Empathy, active listening skills, and the ability to understand and address client needs and challenges.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Tech-savvy with an interest in innovative solutions, preferably with experience in technology-driven customer success or related fields.
  • Knowledge of the UK corporate market, particularly within the office and workplace sector, is a plus.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • And last but nos least: you have a status that allows you to work in the UK.
