Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

An experienced Business Development person to join and significantly contribute to the growth and An experienced Solution sales person to join and significantly contribute to the growth and scaling of Flowdesk in Asia.

The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, and include :

  • Understand clients needs, define and pitch solutions based on Flowdesk 4 strategic activities (Market Making / brokerage/ custody/ treasury management)
  • Work closely with the trading and legal team to structure solutions to clients
  • Deliver and articulate presentations, both orally and in writing
  • Be able to define quotes and close deals
  • Able to adapt and deal with small to mid cap clients but also large caps and institutional clients
  • Regular client coverage calls with existing clients
  • Able to provide market colour and monitor developments in the crypto space
  • The role requires active involvement in all aspects of the client acquisition and subsequent client services

Skills and personality :

  • Genuine interest and passion for cryptocurrency markets
  • Experience in traditional markets
  • Structured, high professionalism standards
  • Willing to dive into details
  • Team player, able to collaborate closely with internal teams as well as externally
  • Diligent, reliable, analytical and data driven

Preferred experience

Required Profile:

  • 5 year experience in a client facing seat in traditional markets (banking/ finance/ insurance)
  • Passion for crypto markets
  • Track record of delivering results/ revenues
  • Professional Mandarin valued
