A dependable and analytical person to support our trading activities. The ideal candidate has an uncommon drive to learn and improve, an entrepreneurial spirit, and strong quantitative analysis skills.

As a Middle Office Analyst, you will have an opportunity to join a dynamic group of people focused on researching, interpreting, and capitalising on crypto trading markets. The ideal candidate for this position should be extremely curious and organised and show a can-do attitude.

Daily tasks will include:

• Work with traders to manage day-to-day crypto operations including fund movements, transaction processing, transactions booking, and reconciliations.
• Implement new methods to facilitate the trading operations.
• Building and managing the future middle office team in Singapore.
• Assist traders with daily tasks including settlements, loan tracking, account opening, and position management.
• Help manage internal projects including onboarding new exchanges/trading counterparties. From token issuer to dex.
• Assist the sales team in the deal-making process by ensuring legal agreements are signed and tokens are delivered in a timely manner.
• Assist with account management efforts by serving as an initial point of contact for counter-parties’ trades reports.
• On-chain swaps analysis.
• Other duties as assigned or needed.

Skills and personality:

• experience in traditional finance in middle office role
• Curious and autonomous
• Excellent knowledge of financial markets and derivatives
• Strong analytical skills
• Interest in combining technology and quantitative skills to solve problems
• Highly motivated and results-driven

Background and experience:

• University degree (MSc), preferably in Finance, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or related
• Preferably 4 plus years of experience.
• Experience within a global financial trading firm is a plus
• Understanding of decentralised exchanges and decentralised finance or strong willingness to learn.
• Strong interest of cryptocurrency concepts such as wallets, blockchains, smart contracts, stablecoins, and airdrops.
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Aptitude and preference for working in a highly collaborative environment
• Strong maths skills and critical thinking required
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral
• Reliable and predictable availability required.
