The position

Job description

We are seeking for our new HRBP to join our People & Culture team.You will be reporting directly to the COO, having a crucial role in providing strategic HR consultancy to line management and employees. You will offer daily HR guidance, analyze internal metrics, and effectively resolve employee relations matters. Collaborating closely with management and staff, you will strive to improve work relationships, and elevate morale, and retention rates.

Role and responsibilities:

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
  • Resolve complex employee relation issues.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provide HR policy guidance.
  • Monitor and report on the workforce.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Suggest new HR strategies.

Requirements

Background and experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role (HRBP, People Partner, etc.).
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices.
  • Sensibility for the Finance/Crypto industry is a plus.

Skills and personality

  • Ability in written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical and goal-oriented. 
  • Excellent people and project management skills.
  • Professional proficiency in English and French.
