As Content Marketing Specialist, working within the marketing team and closely to the Head of Brand, you will be in charge of developing our content marketing guidelines, setting up communication best practices and running some of our core marketing projects. You will be a go-to person for a series of initiatives and will collaborate closely with the wider Fixter team (Product, Tech, Ops etc.). You’ll take a front-row seat to learn how a company scales, solves problems and grows quickly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage our content production & copywriting initiatives for Fixter, according to the company brand strategy, including our blog, landing pages and social media posts and developed related content guidelines (style & tone) to improve clarity & quality
• Design content pieces for social media, website (SEO and product) and PR in collaboration with our partners (brand & PR agency) and ensure of their local adaptations to our different geo markets (FR, UK)
• Contribute in developing brand assets in line with our brand & marketing guidelines, including advertising materials, across our different touch points (website, emails, sales pitch, blog etc.)
• Manage the execution of brand campaigns in collaboration with the Heads of Brand and of Growth
• Work closely with external stakeholders as UX, brand and traduction agencies.

• You have 2+ years of experience working in email or content marketing
• English native and bilingual in French
• You are a good writer, able to produce engaging, clear text for websites, blogs and social media.
• You pay attention to details and you are able to deliver error-free marketing deliverables (content pieces, project presentations etc.)
• You take accountability and ownership regarding results. And when obstacles inevitably get in the way, you know how to hustle
• You are a self-starting learner, confident in teaching yourself to do things you have never done before.
• This position is located either in London, UK or Paris, France.
