The position

Job description

We are looking for a Product Owner to join the Product team working with our Open Banking Squad. Your mission will be to ensure that we offer our customers the best experience when paying, in connection with our long-term geographical expansion.

More precisely, you will be the Product Owner of the Squad Open Banking. Your scope will be to make sure we have a smooth connection with all banks we are integrated with. Your role will be to build layers for the other teams such as API, banks coverage, payment logic making sure we have a product coping with our international expansion.

The role reports to our CPO.

Missions:

  • Dig into the problems related to users of Open Banking APIs
  • Work with the development teams to shape ideas, narrow down problems and support the development process of our products. You know that a Developer Portal is much more than documentation.
  • The Squad is responsible for all services which we provide, interfacing with banks by API.
  • You will have to participate in discussion with other banking players and ensure the necessary communications with the competent authorities.
  • Build the product long-term vision and strategy in collaboration with the Product Managers and the founders.
  • Be the main interface when communicating to banks for issues and new features requests

Preferred experience

  • Demonstrated understanding of modern product delivery techniques and methods
  • High flexibility: you can easily switch from one product, market and need to another
  • API, swagger, OpenAPI, REST, JSON… are not just technical terms for you and you know how to understand the functional side of the API
  • Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems and to present your argument in a written, well-structured, data-driven narrative
  • Ability to interact with colleagues at all hierarchical and technical levels
  • Fluent in English
