As a Sales Finance & Operations Manager, you will play a key role in optimizing sales processes and enabling our sales team to achieve their targets.
Your analytical mindset, process orientation, and business acumen will directly contribute to strategic decision-making and operational excellence at Filigran.
Design the quota assignment model in collaboration with the CRO
Manage the commission plan process, from template creation to signature
Maintain and continuously improve our CRM system (currently Hubspot), ensuring accurate data, effective reporting, and actionable insights
Analyze sales metrics and build dashboards and reports to monitor performance, surface trends, and identify growth opportunities
Partner with sales to review deals for accurate pipeline progression and proper ARR/revenue recognition
Streamline the deal desk process to minimize risk and accelerate deal velocity
Develop and implement sales processes, governance, and policies to improve efficiency and clarity for the sales team
Support accurate forecasting and planning, aligned with company strategy and targets
Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline and automate sales operations
You’ll report to the VP of Finance and be part of a small, hands-on Finance team (currently 2 people).
This role requires a proactive mindset — someone comfortable with balancing daily execution and big-picture thinking as we grow.
You’ll collaborate closely with:
The sales team (across all levels)
The legal team on contracts and compliance
Other cross-functional partners as needed
Strong autonomy and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Proven experience in sales operations, deal desk, or a similar role
Proficiency with CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus) and strong general software fluency
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to create actionable dashboards and reports
Outstanding organizational and communication skills — both written and verbal
