Executive Summary

  • Enterprise Account Manager to design and implement the whole commercial strategy
  • Work alongside the CEO to execute and increase sell / upsells
  • Software vendor culture / Distributed teams
  • Sharing the responsibility for Sales & Customer Success (and building the teams!)
  • Building partnerships and channel ecosystem

About the job

What will you be doing?

  • P&L responsibility with our CEO for European and North American operation
  • Developing and closing business with named major accounts worldwide
  • Help expand the ARR from €1m to €15m in the next 3 years.
  • Help building the commercial team and processes from scratch to 5 FTE by 2024 year-end.
  • Work alongside CEO to refine and execute the future growth strategy.
  • Continue to create a culture of sales excellence.

Preferred experience

  • Have experience of enterprise software sales including field sales and account management, selling through the channel
  • Significant track record of accomplishment selling in the enterprise
  • Proven relationships in top tier enterprise accounts and the ability to open new
  • Experience in selling complex systems products
  • Adaptability is key – able to operate in a fast-paced, occasionally ambiguous environment to great success.
  • MUST possess a growth mindset, sense of humor and a passion for developing people.
  • Experience in selling complex systems products
  • Language skills: Fluent French and English
  • Full remote, you can consider all cities in France.
