We are looking for a Global Legal Affairs Manager to join our Filigran team and help us navigate complex legal landscapes across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with global cybersecurity, data protection, and corporate governance regulations. You'll work closely with our executive team, technical departments, and operations teams, contributing to strategic decision-making and safeguarding our international business interests.
Oversee and manage global legal matters, focusing on compliance with international cybersecurity, data protection, and corporate governance laws.
Provide expert legal advice to senior management on strategic initiatives and global operations, ensuring regulatory compliance.
Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of international contracts, ensuring alignment with regional legal standards and practices.
Develop, implement, and monitor legal and compliance policies and procedures tailored to our global operations.
Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits, addressing any identified legal and regulatory issues.
Handle any disputes or litigation involving the company, coordinating with external legal counsel as necessary to address cross-border legal challenges.
Monitor relevant legal developments worldwide, assessing their impact on our operations, and advising on compliance changes.

The Global Legal Affairs Manager reports directly to the CEO and works closely with key team leaders across departments. You will collaborate with our technical, product, and operations teams, providing legal and compliance insights to guide projects worldwide. And you will collaboration a lot with the Revenue team and account executives.
8+ years of experience in a senior legal role, with substantial experience in international law and compliance, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
Strong expertise in cybersecurity, data protection, corporate governance, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Proven track record of leadership and team management with an international and compliance focus.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Exceptional negotiation and contract drafting skills, with a keen understanding of international market nuances.
Autonomy, ownership, and excellent team spirit.
Bonus: Experience with legal and compliance matters in the USA, APJ, and Saudi Arabia.
