We're looking for a Communications & Design Manager to join our Marketing & Communications team and help us craft compelling visual and editorial content across platforms. You'll work closely with the Senior Communication Manager and cross-functional teams (Product, HR, Sales, etc.), contributing to brand visibility, content consistency, and impactful storytelling.
Design visuals for blog articles, social media, one-pagers, presentations, and internal materials
Edit and produce short-form videos for social, product marketing, and employer branding
Write or adapt concise, engaging copy for LinkedIn, blogs, and internal messages
Implement and maintain the editorial calendar for blog and social media
Manage end-to-end content and design workflows: briefs, deadlines, and feedback loops
Ensure brand consistency across all communication formats and channels
Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize requests and deliver high-quality assets
Monitor basic content performance metrics and suggest iterative improvements
You’ll report to the Senior Communication Manager and be part of the broader Marketing team, collaborating regularly with Demand Gen, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing. You’ll also work closely with Sales, Product, and HR to support cross-functional initiatives, as well as our external brand & web agency.

Summarize the key qualifications, skills, and mindset expected:
3+ years of experience in communication, content or visual design.
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), with hands-on video editing experience for social media and product content
Experience managing editorial calendars and publishing across platforms like LinkedIn, X, YouTube
A keen eye for design, attention to detail, and a feel for tone and brand alignment
Highly organized and proactive, able to juggle multiple tasks with shifting priorities
Bonus: Familiarity with B2B tech communications or cybersecurity audiences, plus knowledge of content performance metrics and basic analytics tools
