As a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Filigran, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. This position involves proactive outreach, lead generation, and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to identify and qualify potential customers. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the Cybersecurity space and SaaS solutions, and a passion for building relationships with key stakeholders.
What will you be doing?
Lead Generation:
Conduct outbound prospecting through various channels (calls, emails, social media) to identify and engage potential customers.
Utilize market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
Assess and qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure alignment with the company’s target customer profile.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and pain points.
Effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of leads to maintain an active sales pipeline.
Document all interactions and relevant information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Communicate product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.
Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement lead generation strategies.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on customer interactions.
Track and report key performance metrics related to lead generation and conversion.
Regularly update management on progress and challenges.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, Engineer with sales DNA.
Proven experience in a similar demand generation role, with a Cybersecurity software or services vendor.
Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and the ability to articulate their value proposition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on results and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
