FeetMe is looking for a Product Owner to work on Android/iOS mobile applications as well as on the Web platform targeting the improvement and the monitoring of the patient’s mobility. You will play a primary role as a team liaison, prioritizing needs, defining development work for agile teams, and overseeing the development process. Cross-functional communication is critical for success, with the need to collect and synthesize information from all areas of the business to promote a backlog incorporating the voice of all stakeholders.
You will work on products in medical industry with related development procedures.

Missions
➔ You will have to develop existing functionalities and design new ones
➔ Design solutions with high added value: quality, functional relevance and scalability
➔ You will therefore participate in high-stakes roadmap arbitrations
➔ Break down requirements into the form of user stories and acceptance criteria
➔ Coordinating with a diverse set of stakeholders in the process (Sales, Marketing, Clinical trials) to align with product vision and schedule
➔ Prioritizing the product backlog using tools such as Jira to give visibility to development team on upcoming projects
➔ Review the non-conformities related to the delivered software
➔ Attend and facilitate scrum ceremonies such as backlog grooming and sprint planning
➔ Reporting on team development status, product launches and product performance

You will join a group gathering a Product Manager, a Quality Assurance team, a Designer, iOS and Android developers who develop the mobile applications, and the software team that works on the backend and the frontend of the online platform.

You will have a strong interaction with the different departments at FeetMe. You will work in FeetMe offices in a young and challenging ecosystem.

We are looking for a talented profile with the following requirements:
➔ Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering Degree
➔ Previous experience as a Product Owner for 3+ years
➔ Comfortable with managing conflicting priorities and emerging requests
➔ Advanced knowledge of Agile processes and principles
➔ Excellent communicator in both written and oral mediums
➔ Critical, creative thinker with an innate ability to problem solve
➔ Strong attention to detail and time management skills
➔ Develop functional specifications of our new features
➔ Participate in technical specifications
➔ Write user stories and plan sprints
➔ Provide advice on functionally complex projects
➔ Write documentation when functional changes are executed
➔ Ensure support follow-up on tickets when necessary
➔ You like the product and show a very strong personal demand for quality
➔ You are not afraid to interact with a user in person if necessary
