FeetMe is a digital health company developing innovative connected technologies and services to improve patient outcomes in functional care, track disease evolution, and optimize medication utilization.

The innovative technology from FeetMe allows gait and posture analysis in real-time and real-life conditions. The technology combines pressure sensors, motion sensors and learning algorithms to analyse patients’ functional capacity, as well as empower rehabilitation among sufferers of gait disorders.

FeetMe is growing quickly, its first product FeetMe Evaluation for diagnostics assistance for health professionals and for clinical research within pharma is on the market already. The company is preparing the launch of FeetMe Rehabilitation, a solution intended for home-based rehabilitation of patients suffering from walking difficulties.

FeetMe is looking for CFO/COO to help us build operations to scale up. CFO/COO responsibilities include deploying product and services to our customers, after sales services, leading process implementation, establishing metrics and monitoring Success, managing HR & legal, managing cash, budgeting & planning as well as supporting customer’s
experience.

Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.
Your missions will be:

  • Responsible for the overall planning, budget and process implementation of the company
  • Develops an operating plan that support the company mid and longterm strategy (e.g., defining timeline and budget)
  • Maintains an effective working relationship with all other directors to ensure that there is effective co-ordination of all company activities in support of corporate objectives
  • Assists upper management in setting goals that promote company growth
  • Structures team internally with processes and manages human resources (KPI, Objectives animation)
  • Executes plans designed to meet company goals by changing policies and coaching employees
  • Responsible for Finances and reporting
  • Manage grants and tax credit processes
  • Develops plans to increase operations efficiency and reduce costs
  • Prepares budgets, schedules, and other organizational reports as needed
    Coordinate execution of the delivery of services to customers and daily activities
  • Organizes delivery of services requested by customers (shipping, quality control).
  • Ensures customer requirements are met in a timely manner
  • Oversees day-to-day operations and finance
  • Organizes after sales and logistics
  • Develops all necessary policies and procedures to ensure that a safe and healthy working environment is maintained at all company sites.
  • Manages stock and inventory
  • Directs and controls the Purchasing function to ensure that the company has all the resources required for production purposes within agreed costs and quality standards and at the right times

Preferred experience

We are looking for a talented profile with the following requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in operation/finance position in the medical device field and finance/operations management
  • Work experience as a Director of operations or similar operational role in the medical device industry
  • Excellent interpersonal, written/verbal communication & organizational skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Strong program management and financial skills
  • Problem-solving attitude, serve driven and customer oriented
  • Driven to Achieve Results
  • Experience in deploying and managing an ERP and managing logistics
  • Strong organization and leadership capabilities
  • Excellent decision-making skills
  • Strong experience in management of extended multidisciplinary teams and setting up logistics
  • Striving for excellence in company management and communication
  • Ability to participate in the design and implementation of complex workflows
  • The following competences will be a plus:
  • Analytical Financial reporting and accounting
  • Experience in SAAS business model and metrics
  • Previous experience in servicing Clinical trials
  • Reports to
    The CFO/COO engineer reports directly to the CEO.
