The position

Job description

Our ambition is to create the most seamless and efficient user experience on the market for frontline industrial teams.

To achieve this, we need to go further in:

  • simplifying complex industrial workflows,

  • building highly contextual user experiences,

  • integrating AI into interfaces to accelerate action-taking.

You will play a central role: ensuring our solution evolves with the needs of our users.

We need you to help us navigate the complexities of scaling our product in a fast-growing environment. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying opportunities for innovation and ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.

Additionally, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience by continuously refining our product based on user feedback.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Support the definition and communication of a clear product vision aligned with business goals and user needs.

  • Contribute to short- and long-term roadmaps, ensuring they reflect real opportunities and constraints.

  • Maintain a well-prioritized, outcome-focused product backlog.

Discovery & Problem Validation

  • Continuously identify and validate user pains through customer interviews, field research, shop floor observations, and data analysis.

  • Transform insights into actionable product opportunities and clear problem statements.

Delivery & Iteration

  • Work closely with the unit (engineering, design, domain experts) to deliver impactful solutions on time.

  • Measure and analyze the impact of released features, iterate based on learnings, and communicate outcomes.

  • Ensure smooth and transparent coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Collaborate with engineering, product design, sales, customer success and go to market to ensure coherent product development and launches.

  • Keep teams aligned on priorities, progress, and trade-offs.

  • Represent user needs and business context in decision-making.

Industrial & ShopFloor Expertise

  • Develop strong knowledge of shopfloor operations, workflows, and constraints.

  • Act as a thought partner on industrial use cases, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real operational reality.

  • Support teams with insights on user contexts and practical adoption challenges.

Preferred experience

  • Ownership: You take responsibility for outcomes—not just tasks—and push for meaningful impact.

  • Clarity: You communicate clearly, structure problems effectively, and help others understand decisions and priorities.

  • Empathy: You deeply care about users and colleagues, actively listening and adapting to different viewpoints.

  • Adaptability: You iterate quickly, embrace feedback, and continuously seek improvement for both the product and the way the team works.

  • Collaboration: You proactively align, share context, and create a positive, solution-oriented environment.

  • Focus on value: You challenge assumptions, prioritize based on impact, and ensure the team solves the most important problems.

Your Profile to Make This a Success

  • Experience: 5-8 years as a Product Manager (or equivalent role) in a SaaS, B2B, or industrial-tech context.

  • User-centric mindset: Strong ability to listen, analyze, and synthesize user needs—especially in operational environments.

  • Data-informed: Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and qualitative findings to drive decisions.

  • Structured & rigorous: Capable of transforming complexity into clarity, with strong prioritization skills.

  • Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy aligning diverse stakeholders.

  • Technical curiosity: You don’t need to code but you understand how products are built and can work efficiently with engineering teams.

  • Industry interest: A genuine curiosity for industrial challenges, shop floor workflows, and operational excellence.

  • Execution-driven: You can drive initiatives end-to-end and maintain momentum even in ambiguity.
