• You take the responsibility of a 360 marketing strategy to follow business growth
• You define and follow the strategy according to the brand vision
• You build, lead and develop the marketing team to be agile, productive and support minded
• You develop and execute the communication plans with engaging and exciting brand content & social media
• You supervise the company participation in international trade shows and major logistics events
• You participate to the evolution and update of Exotec products roadmap according to the product owner
• You measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
• You are responsible of the Exotec brand awareness and positioning abroad
• You deliver localization needs for regional marketing materials and carry out marketing activities for our integrators
• You leverage marketing automation and lead management to streamline, automate and measure all marketing tasks and workflows
• You set up KPIs, processes and highlight the added value of our communications

• You have a demonstrated ability to set the strategic path, define a 360 plan and make it happen across all channels in the marketplace
• You have a bachelor or master’s degree preferably in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• You’re a passionate expert in marketing management,
• You have an international experience in B2B within Industrial or Logistics companies (Minimum 10 years)
• You deliver excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills
• You already have an outstanding understanding of foreign markets (US, Germany, England, Japan)
• You are fluent in English (including business English) and speak fluently at least one of the following languages: French, German, Japanese
• You are proactive in your approach and take initiative

Job located in Exotec HQ near Lille (France); partial remote work possible
