Within our Product department, you will directly report to our CTO and coordinate all software product activities (Warehouse Execution System, Warehouse Studio) to offer our customers, the best software products in line with Exotec's vision and strategy.

As a position of Software Product Manager, you will :

• Define and prioritize the software product roadmap
• Launch the development of new features with the R&D Software teams
• Guarantee the functional and technical consistency of the product
• Communicate on product releases to the project teams
• Organize training and support for project teams to use the software in the most effective way
• Define pricing models for these software products
• Lead the commercial launch of new software functions
• Compare and analyze market trends and collect feedback from customers, sales, marketing, deployment and maintenance teams in France and internationally
• Monitor the roadmap execution and determine product management processes
• Define, collect and measure KPIs to inform the success/failure of each feature release, and plan improvements accordinglyActively participate in the continuous optimization of our internal processes

Requirements

• Master in Engineering
• A relevant experience in Software/SaaS product management, in a fast moving industrial or technological industry
• Familiar with warehouse software solutions: WSM, WCS or WES
• A genuine interest in technology or in complex technical projects
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to bring together people from different departments (marketing, product, design, sales) to deliver the best solutions
• You are customer oriented and have hands-on field experience

• You have an analytical mind, you understand data and are able to make appropriate decisions
• Excellent communication skills as well as a natural leadership that allows you to drive and motivate teams towards the achievement of innovative projects

• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Accustomed to working in an international environment
