• Manage Transport/Logistics Officers and Distribution Center Managers in all regions
• Define the distribution center and transport strategy
• Source partners, drive tender process & negotiate contracts
• Structure and implement the tools and logistics necessary for center functioning (WMS/transport platform).
• Manage our network of global distribution centers
• Define and manage all KPIs and SLAs for our distribution centers
• Guarantee safety and security rules compliance
• Build and continuously improve the distribution network (ground and sea transport routes)
• Build CO2 emissions strategy
• Build framework for continuous improvement plan

Requirements

• You have a BS degree in transport, logistic or equivalent
• You have excellent communication skills and perfect knowledge of the different modes of transport
• Knowledge of transport regulations
• Very good knowledge of the geographical area under your responsibility
• You are fluent in English and local language
