The position

Job description

Join the talent acquisition team of Exotec and contribute to our growth by recruiting top talents in our teams in Europe :

  • Act as a business partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and to setup efficient hiring strategies
  • Constantly look to gain knowledge on our projects and products to keep a comprehensive vision of Exotec market and internal organization
  • Work on the whole scope of Exotec jobs from R&D Software Engineers to Digital Marketing Executives
  • Identify, attract, and close candidates that align with Exotec internal culture and skills standards
  • Setup innovative hiring processes and ensure a qualitative candidate experience
  • Contribute to Exotec upgrowth by leading internal projects (inclusion and diversity, recruiting tools, campus management…)

Preferred experience

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience and a proven track record in recruitment, ideally with the tech industry
  • Any recruitment experience abroad (outside France) is an asset

Personality:

  • You are success-driven, characterized as a person with dynamism and motivation.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are at ease in conversing with candidates

Working practice:

  • Your working style can be described as collaborative, autonomous, proactive and structured.

Know-How:

  • You have recognized competences in recruiting talents in different countries and culture
  • You are curious and you easily gain knowledge on a broad variety of subjects

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human resources or Business administration

Languages:

  • Fluency English + French

Recruitment process

  1. First interview with talent acquisition team
  2. Second technical interview with of our engineers
  3. Last round of interview with your future manager + other members of Exotec
