As the industrial director, you oversee 3 robotics factories and more than 100 people with the ambition to double this number in the next 18 months. Your main duties will be to scale up our production and to industrialize new generations of Exotec’s robots and products. More in details, you will :

• Drive our industrial activities and factories to reach the performance and quality standards defined by the company
• Manage our entire industrial processes (industrialization, purchasing, procurement, manufacturing, quality…)
• Build and scale up an industrial organization capable to follow the rapid growth of Exotec and to face our technological challenges
• Uses the forecasts and customer orders to coordinate all the activities to avoid any shortage
• Consolidate and analyze sales pipes and forecast to build an optimized production plan and avoid any disruption
• Actively collaborate with other departments (R&D, Finance, Product Management, HR) and Exotec’s factories worldwide
• Be responsible for the enforcement of Exotec’s health and safety processes and standards and for their compliance with local regulations
• Ensure a clear and data driven reporting to management

Requirements

• Proven experience as production director ( at least 15 years)
• Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics and excellent organizational / leaderships skills

• Advanced knowledge of production machinery, processes, standards
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
