Reporting directly to Exotec’s CTO, you act as the lead people business partner of the Product Unit of Exotec (over 400 employees in 3 countries : France, USA, Japan), collaborating closely with management to ensure Exotec people strategies and processes align with the department business strategy, while also adhering to corporate HR guidelines. You also act as a key interface between the department and the corporate HR function.


Responsibilities:

  • Business Partnering:
    • Act as the leading advisor to Product’s leadership on all people related topics, providing HR expertise and guidance on strategic key people topics from organization, resources to talent development.
    • Align HR programs and initiatives with the department objectives.
  • Employee Engagement & Development:
    • Collaborate with management to create and maintain a culture that reflects Exotec values, and meets the particular needs of the department’s employees.
    • Drive talent development programs and initiatives tailored to your perimeter’s context.
    • Ensure that employees and managers benefit from the right learning and development solutions.
    • Support management on the implementation of performance management processes.
  • Headcount & Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage headcount previsions in partnership with management, taking into account business needs and trends.
    • Manage people costs on Product P&L.
    • Partner with Talent Acquisition team to ensure good execution and follow-up of the recruitment strategy and plan across your scope.
  • Compliance & Employee Relations:
    • Stay constantly updated on employment laws and regulations applicable to all locations where Product has employees.
    • Support your team to handle complex employee relations matters and investigations.
  • Total Rewards:
    • Collaborate with corporate HR to integrate the compensation and benefits global programs into your standards.
    • Ensure that the Product’s compensation strategy is aligned with local markets and industry standards.
    • Provide global compensation & benefits team with data and insight on your local markets.
  • Organizational Development:
    • Identify and suggest opportunities for organizational improvement and development in your scope.
    • Lead the implementation of organizational transformations and the associated change management
  • HR Technology & Analytics:
    • Leverage HR technology and data analytics to make informed decisions on your scope.
    • Collaborate with corporate HR on the implementation and management of HRIS systems and tools.
  • Culture & Workplace:
    • Protect, uphold and spread Exotec culture within your organization.
    • Ensure that ExoPeople benefit from great working conditions and environment.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead, mentor, and develop your team of skilled HR & Workplace specialists.
    • Manage your team’s budgets effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience within the HR field with at least 3 years on a HR lead position.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus.
