As the Chief Operational Exellence Officer of Exotec, you would be responsible for leading, coordinating and improving our integration operations and processes worldwide. You ensure that our Supply, Deployment and Maintenance teams are following Exotec’s projects and technical standards and processes.

• Integration strategy definition and execution: Play a key role in the definition of Exotec integration strategy and make sure that the Supply, Deployment and Maintenance teams are properly executing it in their actions.
• Integration organization: Consolidate and continuously improve Exotec integration organization to ensure its performance and its ability to keep up with our quick global growth. Ensure a good resources sharing and allocation between Exotec’s business units.
• Operational excellence: Make sure that integration processes and standards are efficient and followed by the teams in every business unit. Constantly analyze operations’ performance and identify areas of process enhancement. Uphold excellence among deployment and maintenance teams and promote best practices.
• Continuous improvement: Define the roadmap and coordinate the actions of the continuous improvement team to make sure they deliver and support effectively local teams.
• Leadership: Ensure successful teamwork between operations teams and maintain Exotec’s company culture in respect of our values. Act as a natural leader to motivate your teams and show them the way toward success.
• Product and vision: Make sure that your actions are aligned with Exotec’s product vision and collaborate with other departments. Ensure a proper reporting of technical and performance data to R&D and manufacturing to make sure our products meet customers and market needs perfectly.
• Customer satisfaction: Create and implement actions and processes to maximize customer satisfaction in every phase of our products’ life, from installation to maintenance. Build and maintain trusted relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders in each business unit.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering
• 15+ years of experience and a proven track record in leading global operations and projects
• Significant industrial experience, either inhouse or by providing consulting services
• Previous experience working in a fast growth organization
• Ability to define, set up and improve global organizations
• Strong analytical skills, attention to details and the capability to draw decisions and to implement decisive improvements
• Capacity to easily switch from a global vision to local issues solving
• Excellent communication skills, and ability to convey key messages in written, oral and presentation
• Great rigor and organizational skills
• Accessible and open to changes and new ideas
• Fluency in English, any additional language is a plus!
