Your Role:

As a Junior Digital Marketer, you will be at the forefront of driving growth across all facets of our business by analysing the market, including competitors’s marketing tactics and those of similar businesses in other verticals. 

You will leverage your analytical skills, creativity, and growth marketing experience to identify, experiment, and implement high-impact strategies. Your mission will be to accelerate user acquisition, and revenue growth through data-driven insights from competitive research and innovative growth tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new marketing strategies, new channels, new styles of landing pages & creatives, to test based on competitor & market research 

• Analyse competitor market trends, traffic sources, and marketing channels to identify growth opportunities and insights, using tools such as SimilarWeb, SEMRush, and similar tools (we can teach you how to use these tools, no prior experience required)

• Set up a scalable system to track changes in competitor traffic volume & traffic sources on a weekly basis

• Develop and execute growth hacking strategies to achieve ambitious user acquisition and revenue goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and engineering, to implement growth initiatives

• Monitor and report on growth metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience (1-3+ years) in digital marketing, growth marketing, growth hacking, competitor analysis or similar role.

• Ability to figure things out.

• Solid understanding of SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and other digital marketing channels. Even if you are not an expert in these channels, understanding of these channels is essential to interpret competitor insights.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative growth strategies.

• Experience in a startup, high-growth company, or agency working with such companies.

Nice to have: 

• Experience with SimilarWeb, SemRush and similar traffic analysis tools - if you don’t have this experience, we will teach you
