We are looking for a motivated German-speaking sales agent to join our partner agency’s team in Laos. You will manage travelers’ requests via the Evaneos platform and you will be the main contact for travelers in the DACH market. With its network of over 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos participates in the recruitment of sales agents for its partner agencies. Your missions as a sales agent in Laos

Reporting to the general manager Vasanath, you will be responsible for the German market. Your main missions will be:

🕵️ Advising customers to offer them a tailor-made trip that meets their expectations

• Getting in touch with travelers through the Evaneos platform

• Understanding travelers’ expectations and specific needs

• Providing travelers with guidance regarding destinations, cultures, traditions, and activities

🧳 Managing all the practical aspects of the trip

• Matching travelers’ requirements with transportation, accommodation, insurance, tours, and activities according to their budget

• Handling booking management for hotels and activities

• Billing the travelers

🌟 Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip

• Being the local point of contact for travelers throughout their trip

• Performing quality monitoring during the trip

• Handling travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations, and refunds

📅 Duration & contract type:  local contract

📌 Precise location: Luang Prabang at the office (no tele-working)

🤝 Availability (Starting dates): As soon as possible

💲 Salary: 500 USD first 3 months / 700 USD following 9 months + commissions on sales + business visa + private accommodation

⏰ Working time per day and week: From 8 to 12 / 13 to 17 Monday to Friday. From 8 to 12 every Saturday.

• Ability to work beyond defined hours, or on certain Sundays, if necessary especially in high season. Our business is very seasonal and we have periods peak during the high season.
