Within the Growth & Acquisition community, our mission in the International team is to ensure ambitious international growth. To do so, the team gathers Country & Market Growth managers (all working remotely), and we’re looking for a DACH & NL Countr Manager to join us.
As Country Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our business in the DACH and NL regions. Your main missions will be:
🌅 Market Development Vision & Strategy
Provide insights and engage networks: deliver structured market insights for decision-making in product, marketing, brand, and supply. Proactively engage with industry associations and stakeholders to gather intelligence and keep the company informed of relevant industry trends.
Lead market planning and alignment: coordinate contributions to market plans (demand, supply, product, loyalty, offer, brand) and ensure they align with overall business objectives.
Ensure implementation and collaboration: oversee cross-functional implementation of market plans and collaborate with expert teams to maintain market relevance in product, supply, and marketing.
📊 Global Market Activity & Business Development
Contribute to business reviews: participate in weekly business reviews, forecasts, and budgets, analyzing performance to recommend proactive strategies for emerging opportunities and risk mitigation.
Manage our DACH & NL Growth Marketing Manager
Cultivate partnerships and drive projects: identify and build relationships with potential brand partners to expand market presence. Lead or support key projects, such as SEO optimization and online partnerships, to drive business growth.
Optimize and monitor performance: maximize growth and profitability by optimizing destinations, channels, and users.
🇩🇪 Ensure Market Relevancy / Share User Knowledge:
Define personas in collaboration with our Data, Product, Customer Care departments, and the marketing community
Contribute to define the Offer strategy and monitor its performance
Localization and brand assets: Ensure effective transcreation of copywriting and brand assets by providing localization guidelines.
🗣️ Evaneos spokesperson:
PR and media strategy: collaborate with PR teams and agencies to develop and execute communication strategies that enhance brand visibility and reputation. Serve as the primary PR spokesperson for Evaneos in the DACH region.
Networking and visibility: represent Evaneos at industry fairs and events, identifying opportunities to increase visibility and network. Ensure local presence and participation in trade fairs to promote the company’s offerings and stay informed on market developments.

You have:
a native level of German & are fluent in English. Speaking Dutch or French would be a plus
7 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry or related field
you have real market expertise thanks to at least 3 years experience in the German B2C market
a proven track record of working in a collaborative environment and leading transversal projects
strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and make strong recommendations
a 1st experience in a start-up / scale-up / fast-growing environment would be a plus
You are:
