The position

Job description

We are seeking a skilled and strategic B2B Marketing & Product Communication Manager to join our team on a short-term contract basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand within the local agencies network, developing communication strategies for our products and services, and supporting sales enablement initiatives.

Your missions 🧳

💚 B2B Brand & Content:

  • Content strategy: Rework communication with local agents to enable their success. Transform our communication method by introducing segmentation and nurturing strategies customized for our varied network. Promote deeper engagement and stronger relationships with our agents at each stage of their journey by providing pertinent and valuable content via automated nurturing workflows.

  • Brand Identity: Ensure alignment of our B2B brand codes and positioning with our B2C identity, fostering consistency and recognition across all touchpoints.

🎯 B2B Product Communications: Craft core messaging that highlights the unique value proposition of our travel suite, igniting interest and driving adoption.

🤝 B2B Events: Strategize and execute B2B events to reinforce our brand identity and support Offer & Supply teams, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy. You will also be responsible for organizing a networking evening in Paris in September

📊 Follow Adoption Metrics: monitor qualitative and quantitative marketing metrics and KPIs

🙌 You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting our apprentice who mainly works on creating content for our BoB newsletters.

Preferred experience

You have:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product communications, or related roles,

  • Already worked on segmentation and nurturing projects,

  • Experience working with a CRM tool (Salesforce preferred)

  • A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns,

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights,

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders,

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
