You will be in charge of direct sales with Evaneos customers. You will be the person who receives inquiries through Evaneos platform and main contact for travelers.
As the contract will be with the local agency, the job could contain any or more of the following duties :

• Understand travelers expectations
• Main contact for clients to determine travel needs, budgets and preferences : tailor-made itineraries
• Match travelers requirements with the transportation, accommodations, insurance, tours and activities.
• Advises clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities
• Responsible for billing with the travelers
• Handles travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds
• Quality monitoring during the trip
• Go through the different Evaneos trainings (code of conduct, basic sales training, and all other available webinars)

Open to interns, freelancers, entry-level/first experience sales agent
Work from home possible with potentially a 3-month stay at destination

Skills/Qualities :

• Perfect written and spoken Spanish
• Good written and spoken English
• Understanding of the Spanish tourism market and the Spanish traveler
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to deal with complains
• Ability to show empathy towards the travelers
  Salary : It will depend on the skills and experience of the candidate: commission based per requests and sales
