At Evaneos, knowledge is a real lever for moving faster, collaborating smarter, and staying aligned around a shared vision. Strategic decisions are only useful if they are tracked, understood, and shared with the right people at the right time.
That’s where you come in. As Chief of Staff Assistant in a work-study contract, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff to support the coordination of strategic projects, organize internal knowledge, and help ensure clear, consistent information flows throughout the company.
The position offers broad exposure to Evaneos’ internal operations, from executive topics to cross-team initiatives, and requires a strong sense of organization, follow-through, and curiosity.
You’ll also be encouraged to explore how tools like AI, automation, or collaborative tech can support faster execution and smarter knowledge sharing.
You’ll join a 9-person team focused on helping our people and organization grow. We work at the intersection of strategy, culture, human resources, and sustainability.
Mentored by Clément, our Chief of Staff, you’ll be exposed, with a lot of autonomy and trust, to a wide variety of strategic and operational topics, and play an active part in helping the company move forward.
